Orders and prescriptions
- A WhatsApp or phone order is a request, not a completed purchase. We confirm availability and price before anything is prepared.
- Prescription-only medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription checked by a pharmacist. We may ask to see the original.
- We may decline any request where supplying a medicine would not be safe or lawful.
