DenRich Pharmacy Ltd (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we handle when you use this website or contact us, in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
This website
This website does not ask you to create an account or submit personal details to us. The booking, reminder and message forms only prepare a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send it in WhatsApp.
We may collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about how the site is used (such as which pages are visited). We do not use advertising cookies.
When you call or message us
If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number, your name if you share it, and what you tell us, including any photos. We use this only to answer you, check stock, prepare your medicines, confirm bookings, and send refill reminders if you asked for them.
WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC (Meta) and is covered by its own privacy policy.
Who can see it
Only authorised DenRich Pharmacy staff. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Your rights
