FAQ
Questions? Answered.
Prescriptions
Can I check if you have my medicine before coming in?
Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message or call us with the name of the medicine, or a photo of the pack. A pharmacist will check stock and tell you the price, so it's ready when you arrive.
Do I need to bring my prescription?
Yes. Prescription-only medicines are only dispensed against a valid prescription, checked by a pharmacist. Message us first if you want us to check that your medicines are in stock.
Services
Are the health checks really free?
Yes. Consultation and counselling, BMI and weight management, and blood pressure monitoring are free. Blood sugar, malaria and pregnancy tests have a small charge. Ask us for the current price.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are always welcome during opening hours. If you prefer a set time, you can book online and we will be ready for you.
